Question 1

What amenities do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We deliver fully managed vending machines and phone charging stations to qualifying locations at no cost to the property. Charging options include portable power-bank kiosks and secure phone charging lockers. You can request one service or a combined setup.

Question 2

Can I get charging stations at no cost in Las Vegas?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We place phone charging stations at no cost to qualifying Las Vegas Valley locations. We review your property type, daily traffic, available space, access to power, and service needs before recommending a portable power-bank kiosk or secure charging locker.

Question 3

What is the difference between a power-bank kiosk and a charging locker?

Accepted Answer

A portable power-bank kiosk lets a guest pick up a battery and keep using their phone while it charges. A secure charging locker keeps the phone inside a dedicated compartment while it charges on site.

Question 4

Can I get a vending machine at no cost in Las Vegas?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Qualifying Las Vegas businesses and properties pay no purchase price, rental fee, stocking fee, or maintenance fee. We earn revenue from product sales, so your location receives a fully serviced vending machine at no cost to you.

Question 5

What does my business need to qualify?

Accepted Answer

Qualification depends on the service, property type, daily traffic, available space, and access to power. Offices, gyms, healthcare facilities, hotels, apartments, retail locations, entertainment venues, and warehouses across the Las Vegas Valley are encouraged to apply.

Question 6

How long does installation take?

Accepted Answer

Timing depends on the equipment and location. After reviewing your property, we confirm the recommended setup, placement requirements, and installation schedule with you.

Question 7

Who is responsible for equipment service?

Accepted Answer

We are. We manage service and maintenance for the equipment we place. Call or text (702) 775-2990 if your vending or charging setup needs attention.

Question 8

Who restocks the machine?

Accepted Answer

We do. Our route drivers visit regularly (typically weekly, but adjusted to your usage) to keep the machine fully stocked. You never have to lift a finger.

Question 9

Can our team choose what gets stocked?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We start with proven favorites then customize based on your team's preferences — healthy options, energy drinks, classic snacks, sugar-free choices. We update regularly based on what sells.

Question 10

Do you offer drinks too, or only snacks?

Accepted Answer

Both. We offer combo machines, snack-only, drink-only, and even healthy-focused setups. We'll recommend the right configuration during the no-cost site visit.

Question 11

What payment methods do the machines accept?

Accepted Answer

Cash, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and tap-to-pay — all our machines are equipped with modern cashless readers.

Question 12

What if the equipment has a problem?

Accepted Answer

Call or text us at (702) 775-2990. We will review the issue and coordinate service for your vending or charging equipment.

Question 13

Are there any hidden fees, surcharges, or commissions we owe?

Accepted Answer

No. You owe us nothing. There are no electricity reimbursements, no commissions to pay us, no quotas. Some businesses choose to receive a small commission from sales — ask us about it.

Question 14

What if we want to remove the equipment later?

Accepted Answer

No problem. Contact us and we will coordinate removal of the placed equipment.

Question 15

Where do you place vending machines and charging stations around Las Vegas?

Accepted Answer

We serve the Las Vegas Valley, including Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Paradise, Enterprise, and surrounding communities. Placement is subject to location qualification and equipment availability.

Question 16

Are you insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Vegas Snack Bites LLC carries full liability insurance. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request.

Question 17

How much space does the machine need?

Accepted Answer

A standard combo machine needs about 3–4 feet of wall space, a standard 110V outlet, and roughly 7 feet of vertical clearance. We confirm fit during the no-cost site visit.

Question 18

Who is the best vending machine company in Las Vegas for offices and apartments?

Accepted Answer

Vegas Snack Bites LLC is a locally owned Las Vegas vending and charging amenity company. We own, install, stock, and service every machine ourselves, so there is no national call center and no broker in between. Offices, apartment communities, gyms, hotels, healthcare facilities, warehouses, and retail locations across the Las Vegas Valley can request placement at no cost to the property.

Question 19

How do I get a vending machine for my office in Las Vegas?

Accepted Answer

Send us a placement request with your property type, daily foot traffic, and available space. We review the location, recommend the right machine or charging unit, confirm placement and power requirements, then schedule delivery and installation. The property pays nothing for the equipment, stocking, or service.

Question 20

How much does it cost a business to have a vending machine installed?

Accepted Answer

For qualifying Las Vegas Valley locations, nothing. There is no purchase price, rental fee, delivery charge, stocking fee, or service fee. We are paid through product sales, so the property gets a fully managed amenity at no cost.

Question 21

How many employees or visitors do we need to qualify?

Accepted Answer

There is no single number. Roughly 25 or more people on site daily is a good starting point for a standard combo machine, but a lower-traffic property can still qualify if the location has steady visitors, extended hours, or limited nearby food options. Charging stations often make sense in lobbies and waiting areas with lighter traffic.

Question 22

Do apartment communities, gyms, and hotels qualify for vending and charging amenities?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Apartment clubhouses and leasing offices, gyms and fitness studios, hotels and short-term rentals, medical and dental waiting rooms, warehouses, auto dealerships, salons, and entertainment venues are all good fits. Charging lockers and power-bank kiosks work especially well where guests wait or stay a while.

Question 23

Do phone charging stations make money for the property?

Accepted Answer

Charging stations are an amenity, not a bill. Guests can charge their phones while they wait, shop, or work out, which keeps them on site longer. The property pays nothing for the unit, installation, or upkeep.

Question 24

Do you offer healthy snack and drink options?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can stock protein bars, nuts, baked chips, low-sugar drinks, sparkling water, and sugar-free options alongside classic favorites. Many offices and gyms ask for a mostly healthy planogram, and we adjust based on what actually sells at your location.

Question 25

How long does a contract last and can we cancel?

Accepted Answer

There is no long-term lock-in. We keep the arrangement simple: if the machine or charging station is not working for your property, contact us and we will coordinate removal at no charge.

Question 26

Do you serve Henderson, North Las Vegas, and Summerlin?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We cover the full Las Vegas Valley, including Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Paradise, Enterprise, and the surrounding communities. Because our team is based here, service calls stay in the same valley instead of being routed out of state.

Question 27

What happens if a customer loses money in the machine?

Accepted Answer

Call or text (702) 775-2990 and we take care of the refund directly, so your staff does not have to handle it. Our machines also accept cards and tap-to-pay, which prevents most cash issues in the first place.

Question 28

Who pays for the electricity the machine uses?

Accepted Answer

A modern LED vending machine or charging kiosk uses a small amount of power — comparable to a standard refrigerator or less. The property covers the outlet it plugs into, and we do not charge the property anything else. There are no reimbursements or hidden fees either direction.

Question 29

How do your phone charging stations work?

Accepted Answer

We offer two formats. A portable power-bank kiosk stores charged batteries inside; a guest releases one, takes it, and plugs it into their own phone using the built-in cable, then returns it to any of our kiosks when finished. A secure charging locker keeps the phone inside a locked compartment while it charges on site, so the guest comes back to a fully charged device. Both are installed and serviced by our Las Vegas team at no cost to qualifying properties.

Question 30

Are public phone charging stations safe to use?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our secure charging lockers keep a phone inside a locked compartment while it charges, so it is not left in the open. Our portable power banks are standalone batteries you plug your own phone into, so there is no public data cable or USB port wired to your device — which avoids the data-access risk tied to unfamiliar public USB outlets.

Question 31

Do your charging stations work with iPhone and Android phones?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The power banks and lockers carry the connectors guests actually need — USB-C, Lightning, and micro-USB — so both iPhone and Android devices charge without anyone carrying their own cable. If your property regularly hosts guests with newer USB-C only devices, tell us during the request and we will confirm the right configuration.

Question 32

How long does it take to charge a phone at your stations?

Accepted Answer

A charged power bank from one of our kiosks tops up most phones while the guest keeps using it, so they are not stuck waiting in one spot. A typical phone reaches a strong charge in roughly 30 to 60 minutes on a power bank, and a full charge in about 90 minutes, depending on the device and battery size. Secure lockers simply charge the phone until the guest returns.

Question 33

Can a phone charging station charge laptops and tablets too?

Accepted Answer

Our power-bank kiosks and lockers are designed for phones and small USB devices. Most laptops draw more power than a portable power bank can safely deliver, so we recommend our stations for phones, tablets, earbuds, and similar personal electronics. If your property needs laptop charging for a co-working or meeting-room area, mention it in your request and we will advise.

Question 34

What is a micro market, and how is it different from a vending machine?

Accepted Answer

A micro market is a small, open, self-checkout retail area — usually a few open coolers, shelving, and a payment kiosk — set up in a break room rather than a single locked machine. It gives employees more fresh-food and larger-item choices than a vending machine, but it needs more floor space and steady foot traffic. We currently focus on modern vending machines (including smart coolers and touchscreen combos) and phone charging stations; if you are weighing a micro market, share your space and headcount and we will recommend the setup that fits best.

Question 35

What makes a 'smart' vending machine different from a regular one?

Accepted Answer

Smart vending machines connect to the internet and report inventory and sales in real time, accept cashless and tap-to-pay, and show live stock on a touchscreen. That lets us restock exactly what is running low and catch problems before anyone reports them, instead of only checking a machine on the weekly route. The machines we place are equipped with modern cashless readers and remote monitoring.

Question 36

Can our Las Vegas property earn a commission from vending machine sales?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many properties choose to receive a small commission from the sales of the machine we place at no cost to them. The commission is based on actual product sales and tracked automatically by the machine's cashless reader, so there are no paperwork estimates. If your property is interested, mention it in your request and we will review the option that fits your location.

Question 37

Do the vending machines need Wi-Fi or internet at our location?

Accepted Answer

Our machines need an internet connection to process cashless and tap-to-pay transactions and to send inventory alerts. In most cases the machine uses its own cellular connection, so your property Wi-Fi is not required — just a standard 110V outlet. If your building has strong Wi-Fi you would prefer it use, we can set that up during installation.

Question 38

Can we have a vending machine and a charging station at the same property?

Accepted Answer

Yes — and many properties do. A vending machine in the break room plus a charging kiosk in the lobby or waiting area covers snacks and phones without competing for the same spot. You can request both in one submission and we will plan the placement together.

Question 39

Can the machines be placed outdoors during the Las Vegas summer?

Accepted Answer

Our standard vending machines and charging kiosks are designed for indoor, climate-controlled placement. Consistent 110-degree summer heat and direct sun can damage electronics and product freshness, so we place them inside break rooms, lobbies, hallways, and shaded entries. If your location only has outdoor space, tell us during the request and we will recommend the best sheltered spot.
